Yes, we have parking available. Upon arrival at APLUS HANOI, security will provide instructions on where to park.
- Daily from 21:00 – 03:00
- However, the opening times may vary depending on the event.
The safety and security of our guests are our number one priority. Our security checks are conducted by both female and male staff.
APLUS HANOI reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to follow our security staff’s directions.
Flip-flops, tank tops and swimwear are not allowed.
There are neither lockers nor cloakroom services available at APLUS HANOI.
Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.
Re-admission is free. Since APLUS HANOI does not require an entry ticket.
APLUS HANOI is wheelchair accessible and is open to people of all abilities.
- All attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter APLUS HANOI.
- Customers are required to provide a valid form of photo ID upon entry. Valid forms of ID include government-issued ID cards or passports.
Please note: you must bring the original ID; photocopies and photographs will not be accepted
Can I Film and/or Take Photographs?
- Photography and video recording for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed.
- However, we prohibit any filming or photography for commercial use.
- Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not permitted.
- We have an in-house photo and video team on-site covering the event.
- By entering APLUS HANOI, you consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed for all purposes in all media throughout the world or any part.
- If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform security or a supervisor for further cooperation.

We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express.
Cash payments are also accepted.
It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or beverages into the premises of APLUS HANOI.
When an item is lost, please report it to security immediately so that the necessary procedures for return or search can be carried out. In case of reporting the next day, please contact our hotline provided below for more detailed information on the procedures.
Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the local police, who will take over responsibility, recording everything in a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found.
